Where did CRA Analysis come from?
Acupuncture, developed over 2,000 years ago in China, involves correcting the flow of vital energy through reflex points on the body. Today, we understand that this energy is actually electricity present in every living cell. Dr. Richard Versendaal developed Contact Reflex Analysis (CRA) during the 20th century to test energetic reflexes and communicate with the body's intelligence.

The CRA procedure is completely safe and non-invasive. During the analysis, the patient stands with one arm held out to the side while the practitioner gives a gentle push downwards on the wrist area and points at or touches various reflexes. If the reflex is healthy, the arm will remain strong. However, if there is an imbalance in the reflex point, the arm will be suddenly weak, and the practitioner will be able to push down the arm easily.

This can be done remotely too, from the comfort of your home.

The reflex points in the body are like the breakers in an electrical panel, which control the various circuits that flow through a home. In a healthy body, all the circuits are well protected by insulation and carry their appropriate load. However, in some cases, too many appliances may be drawing on one circuit, causing the breaker to trip and cut off the electricity to that part of the house. Similarly, the wires in the wall or an appliance can become frayed, causing a short that can also trip a breaker.

A CRA practitioner can analyze which “breaker” or reflex has been tripped and test further to see which “appliance” or organ/system is compromised. CRA can then be used to uncover exactly which methods of repair will be most needed to restore full power to the body.

The initial consultation includes: recording and discussing your health history, establishing your primary goals, Contact Reflex Analysis (muscle-testing), and the development of your individual protocol and appropriate support materials. Allow 2 hours for your initial consult.

Your first follow-up consult is recommended for within 2 weeks of the initial. This allows for timely support for dietary changes you are initiating, further discussion of the supplement protocol, and review of the introductory client educational packet you receive at the initial consult. For Boston clients, the first follow-up will usually be a phone consult. Allow 1 hour.

Allow 1 hour for follow-up consults. These sessions include muscle-testing and protocol revisions. The first follow-up session is included in the initial consult fee.

Thereafter, follow-ups are recommended monthly for at least three months, but are always at the client’s discretion.
